This is a lot of 100 small animal beads, handmade with the help of molds by expert Peruvian crafts people. They are made of "alpaca silver," an alloy of nickel, copper, and zinc, and will not tarnish like sterling silver.

The lot includes 20 of each of five animals: a duck (10 x 7 mm), a dolphin (12 x 7 mm), an elephant (7 x 6 mm), an owl (11 x 6 mm), and a butterfly (9 x 5 mm). The holes are about 1 mm in diameter. Those of the dolphin and butterfly run vertically, the others horizontally.
