These 10 ceramic round beads were hand-made and hand-painted by expert Peruvian crafts people. The clay was fired, painted and glazed, then fired a second time for a true ceramic hardness.

These beads are decorated with blue butterflies. The designs wrap around the beads, so that they appear different from different angles. Because they are handmade, there are slight variations in the sizes of the beads and their decoration. Each is about 14 mm round. The holes are about 4 mm in diameter. They run vertically in relation to the designs.
