These 20 ceramic beads were hand-made and hand-painted by expert Peruvian crafts people. The clay was shaped and fired, painted a solid pink and glazed, then fired a second time for a true ceramic hardness.

Because they are handmade, there are slight variations in the sizes of the beads and in the sizes and positions of the holes. They are round but flattened, about 6 mm in diameter and 5 mm tall, with 2 mm vertical holes.
