These ten high-quality ceramic beads were hand-made and hand-painted by talented Peruvian crafts people. The clay was shaped and fired, painted and glazed, then fired agan, for a true ceramic hardness. The design is a traditional pre-Columbian geometric motif. It wraps around thye beads so they appear different from different angles

These beads have a classic mushroom shape. Because they are handmade, there are slight variations in the sizes of the beads and in the sizes and positions of the holes. They are about 25 mm tall and 8 mm in diameter at their widest, with 3 mm holes.
