Handcut Peruvian 10 mm ANGELITE STONE RONDELLE BEADS, 16"

This 16 in. strand includes 60 Peruvian gray-blue angelite (anhydrite) stone beads hand-cut in a rondelle shape, drilled, and polished by Peruvian artesanos. The colors are the natural colors of the stone and vary from one to the next. Some have some natural browning.
Because they are hand-carved, there are variations in the sizes of the beads and in the sizes and positions of the holes. Tthey are about 10 mm in diameter and about 5-7 mm thick, with 1 mm holes. They are coated with a clear varnish to protect them and enhance their luster.
