Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of Tennessee must pay 8% sales tax unless they have tax-exempt status or are resellers. If you fall in one of these categories, please email us. We do not need to collect sales tax from residents of states other than Tennessee.
Will my package have a tracking number?
Orders sent Priority Mail and Express Mail can be tracked online. Orders sent by Priority of Express Mail International can be tracked as far as customs in the country of destination. No tracking is available for Standard shipping (First Class and First Class International).
Can I insure my package?
Insurance is included in the purchase price. We guarantee against loss or breakage by replacement or refunds.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns provided you notify us within three days of receipt of the item and we receive it back in new condition within 7 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. A 5% restocking fee is assessed. If the return is due to some fault of ours there is no restocking fee and we will pay for return shipping.
What do I do if some beads arrive broken or defective?
Contact us immediately. We will replace any broken or otherwise defective beads at no cost to you.
